Tell the Lake Bluff Village Board that you don't want zoning laws changed to allow for three story buildings throughout the town.
WHO WE ARE
Concerned citizens of Lake Bluff have come together to create No 3 On 3 as a way to call attention to the fact that the Village Board is looking to change current zoning regulations to allow for construction of large 3 story buildings throughout Lake Bluff.
The Village Board decided to continue discussion about removing the height limit presently set forth in the PMD Ordinance - the same limit that the Village Board enacted three years ago in response to the Roanoke proposal which over 1000 Lake Bluff residents successfully defeated in 2016.
A new proposal has been submitted by a developer, represented by local realtor Brad Anderson, to build two three-story, 40 foot tall condo buildings on Block 3 ( the former PNC bank site on Scranton Avenue that backs up to North Avenue.) The condos would be priced from $750,000 to $1 million+. The proposal is effectively the same design that was presented four years and adamantly opposed by Lake Bluff residents.
